Recently, I have noticed my screen getting messier and messier and mainly the thing that bothers me is that water + cloth doesn't get rid of the keyboard scuffs I get on my screen (when I close it I guess the dirty marks from my keyboard skin from iSkin embeds itself onto the screen). I read that iKlear is heavily praised here but never read on how it cleans those marks.

Will it get them off? I don't want to spend that money unless I know it could.

I'd like to know this too, I'll probably be purchasing iKlear for my new iMac. I'm afraid to touch it with anything else. :p

I'm pretty sure it's the same liquid as what's used on eyeglasses and stuff. If it isn't exactly the same it works pretty much the same. It can't get rid of scratches but it cleans really well without damaging the plastic. I'd just go to your local Costco or sunglasses/eyeglass store (drug store?) to pick up a microfiber cloth and liquid for $5.

The polish is pretty good too but I wouldn't wholeheartedly recommend it. It makes my MBP feel really smooth, which is cool, but after a day you can't tell anymore.

Ok, so HOW do I get rid of those scuffs. I hate looking at it from a side and seeing all these square imprints on it. :(

And it's a MBP and I had it for less than a year :( Someone help :(

We use a ShaggyMac Screen Protector and Optimist Prime on all our MB & MBP's.

The screen protector will clean of the scuffs & protect from future marks. The Opimist lcd cleaner will safely clean your screen and purify all the laptop surfaces. Top notch stuff.
