I can only get the remove all tweak feature to work. Full restore never works for me. 5S 7.0.6.

Anyone else able to use it with my configuration?

Use Semi-Restore to completly erase your Jailbreak tweaks + Apps and their data, you should get two options, 1. only remove tweaks 2. remove tweaks + everything else, apps, pictures, contacts etc etc.. iLEX RAT can't do that. Semi-Restore can.

semi-restore and ilexrat perform their "restore" by deleting files. So if you are missing any system files or have any broken system files, these two programs will not help you in this case

It used to work with iOS 6. Now it just remove all tweaks.

Odd as I used it at least twice removing iOS6 stuff from iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S (prior to selling them) and all it would do was remove everything (both AppStore apps and Cydia apps/hacks) added to both phones.

I believe you are mistaken as I have never ever read anything about it doing a restore. The "select #12" action via Terminal was the most iLexRat could ever do.

I guess I'm wording it wrong. It removes everything the user has added. It makes it fresh like out of the box. When you boot it for the first time it will say welcome to iphone.

Have you tried using semi-restore and are you getting the same result as with ilexrat?

Try contacting the dev of ilexrat and see if they know about it

Never used it yet for iOS7, but you are correct, on iOS6 it did a complete removal of all user added apps/hacks leaving the phone "as if" it had been restored.

I'm slightly confused on this whole deal. I am still on 7.0.4 and jailbroken. I want to sell my 5s on 7.0.4, jailbroken, and unlocked. Can I not just tap on 'erase all content and settings' to erase all my info and then re-jailbrake? Maybe I'm missing something.

Indeed you are missing something, in this case, the common knowledge that tapping 'erase all content and settings' on a jailbroken iPhone will send it into a boot loop that the only way out of is a full restore

OP have you tried using iLex Rat via MobileTerminal?

I have the same configuration (5s and 7.0.6) and use MobileTerminal instead. Simply download both from Cydia, open the MobileTerminal app and enter in "rat" (without the ""), then "12" (without the "") and it should wipe it clean.

When I used iLexRat on my iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S, this is the method I used and was successful on both devices.

I haven't. I will give it a shot.
