Please help, i own macbook pro 13 early 2011 and recently reinstalled osx lion and after that every time i right click in illustrator it takes like 2-3 secs to appear which makes it unusable. Everything else seems to work normally though. I tried updating reinstalling like few times but it did not change anything.

This may have nothing to do with your issue but do you have anything else running when you are using illustrator?
I found out today that ZBrush lags when VLC is open so I thought maybe something may be opened causing lag for you.
Yes, i found out that app called RightZoom was the cause. I just needed to exclude Illustrator from the list and it fixed everything. Thanks anyways.
