Illustrator CS5 plugin similar to HotDoors Cad Tools

Looking for an Illustrator plugin (CS5 compatible) that's similar to HotDoors Cad Tools.

Actually I'm only interested in one that's capable of "measuring" an object and places the dimensions next to each measured side/segment/radius, etc. I really don't care for all the other wonderful features of Cad Tools at the time.

I have to do a lot of these for some die cut specs and it's very time consuming to do it manually (draw the arrows, etc.)...and Cad Tools update for CS5 is very expensive.

Any suggestions.

What solution did you find? I am looking for the same thing and don't need everything CADTools includes. Basically just measurements.... I'd be grateful if you'd share the solution you found. Thanks.

I was looking for a cheaper alternative, but in the end has to fork out good money and got CadTools for CS5...

Not to get all preachy on you here, o ) but if it contributes to your earning a crust it is worth buying…
Who knows, you may even find use for the stuff you think you don't need.
