Illustrator remembering server connections

I have built a new server for MAC users to store there files. The old server is still online but read only.

When opening Illustrator9, it prompts for a username and password for the old server.

This is causing no end of problems when it comes to saving and opening files as it references everything with the old server.

Does anyone know a way to stop this happening?
