I messed up I apparently erased all my storage help please and no my dumb self did not make a bake up screen shot of what I see when I open disk utility please someone tell me I can fix this

You can start off by telling us
- Which iMac you have
- What year it was made
- What kind of DRIVE is inside (looks like a 1tb fusion drive?)
- What version of the OS it was using.

Do you have any kind of backup?
 
In any case you must not do anything with your HDD/SSD to avoid the files be overwritten. You have to connect your Mac to another Mac and start your erased Mac in Target disk mode. Then you should use a drive/file recovery application installed on the other Mac to recover the erased drive.
