I'm an IDIOT and can really use some help!

Hi All,

I could really use some help. I changed my Facebook name, as a joke, only to find out you can't change it back for 65 days. For some reason, my contact on my phone is pulling that name. Now, my gmail emails have that name as the sender. I can't figure out how to get my iPhone to recognize my real name and not my Facebook name. I've tried changing my name in my contact info in Contacts, but it keeps changing it back.

Go to Gmail and/or Facebook accounts and disconnect one from the other.

Yes, I think I'm the only one that sees it. My friend said the email I sent her had my regular name. Thank God I only changed it to the name I wish I had and not something really outrageous. I think it's ok. Lame that I have to wait 65 days - wouldn't have changed it if I had known that.

Seems like your own contact that is on your phone got updated and that's why it shows up that way on your phone.
