I've seen people discussing the video ATI 2600 video card in the IMACS, and they commonly refer to it as a 2600 XT, so I'm wondering if this is what card I really have? Mines a IMAC 2008 Model, here's some info from the system profiler below? Secondly, I currently use the Bootcamp 3.1 ATI Drivers on my Windows Vista, what it be better to install the manufacturer drivers? Would I get better performance? I currently seem to have no issues at this time.......right now so maybe I shouldn't fix what ain't broke, but if I'll get a significant performance boost then maybe I should entertain the idea? Any comments or suggestions are welcomed.......

My previous mid-2007 24" iMac had the same card. It is an underclocked Mobility Radeon 2600 XT. The underclocking may be the reason Apple decided to call it the 2600 Pro but ATI never made a Mobility version of the 2600 Pro, just the HD 2600 and 2600 XT. It is without a doubt the Mobility part.

I'm not sure if you will experience night and day speed boosts but I always use Mobility Modder to install the real ATI drivers and Catalyst Control Panel in Boot Camp, even on my current i7.
