Im having issues with text-tones ... ?

I bought a text-tone (R2D2) and made it my default text-tone sound. This is confirmed in the settings/sounds section. But when I get a text, I'm still hearing the default sound ... ??

double check that the contact(s) you are hearing the "default" sound is not set to the tri-tone or whatever and is actually set to what you have assigned as the default.
