Hello, I've never really had this problem before, but i have a 13 inch mac book pro and i am trying to do something in indesign CS5 but am having trouble with the resolution on the computer. When i open a panel it is too big for my screen and i am unable to move and or even use it. I was wondering if it is possible to make my resolution bigger then the max on my computer or 1280x800.

It is not possible, but you could use an external display with a resolution of up to 2560 x 1600 pixel.
As Adobe products are palette heavy, 1280 x 800 pixels are not enough to comfortably work with them. I use a 17" MBP with 1920 x 1200 pixel, and even that is sometimes too small for similar applications.
