im in need of a file. installd. can someone share?

Can somebody please share their 'installd' file with me. I screwed this file and my phone is stuck in apple logo. Im able to ssh into my phone. i just need the 'installd' file located in /private/var/stash/libexec folder. Im using firmware 3.1 on my 3gs. Can someone help? Thanks in advance
