I'm in need of "Modding your iphone for dummies" manual

I have an unaltered at&t go phone activated iphone(1.0.2) and would like to be able to add apps, modify arrangement of apps, and change the images of current icons using windows.

Can I get directed to a site with the easiest instructions? I read through modmyiphone guides but am usure which I need to do what.

On your home computer google nullriver, click on the iPhone link a few links down, download the correct file, start the install, and it shows you how to do everything...
