Anyone have any they admire?:

Looking for something that allows my customers to log-in, set up an HTML email and email to their own lists. They must also be able to track the emails to make sure they get to recipients.

Does such a thing exist? what is the term for such a thing?

Would also be great to hear of best apps to send bulk emails that don't get bounced by obscure spam filters also with a send report function or similar.

I realise money will have to be spent.....

I tried maildrop which i saw mentioned on an other post but it didn't keep everything formatted as i wanted,
