I'm new to the macbook community so don't be to hard on me ;). I have a new MBA 11" coming in the mail sometime soon and I was looking to get a case for it too.

3 options Speck see-thru, Incipio Feather, or the mCover.

From the research that I've done the speck is very nice but its heavy and causes heating problems. I was wondering if anyone that had any of these cases could give me their personal opinion on why they bought it. Opinions in general about these cases would be appreciated too.

Thank you!

Thank you!

I would go with the Incipio Feather only because I have their iPhone 4 case which is spectacular. Perfect form factor, unobtrusive, great material, feel, light and thin. Only drawback, and this is with iPhone 4 as it is always inserted and removed from pockets, is that the coating peels a bit over time.

Thank you very much for the response! very helpful. I was actually leaning towards the incipio also because of the ventilation holes on the bottom of the case.

Anyone else feel free to share :)
