Ok, this afternoon I was downloading a song on iTunes I was almost done when an error message popped-up saying something about download could not be complete. Well, I just got on, checked for purchased music, and it said the song I didn't have on my computer was already purchased. Is there anything to get it back? Or will I have to re-buy it? Thanks.

Thanks

Thanks to everyone. I got the download free of charge. Again, thanks.

I had the samye problem actually, and they entirely ignored my emails! There was no other way to contact them, so I had to re-purchase! Even the guy on the phone said "I can't help, you will have to email" What a joke!

It sounds as though it all depends on the person that you are speaking with. As others have done when that occurs, you should called back. Either that or ask for a supervisor. Above all be firm, but nice.
