iPhone SE (2016) I'm on Home network?

Didn't set up a home network nor have other devices? It wont switch to network carrier..have more to say but that's the main issue.

My carrier, Freedom Mobile, has theirs set to say home instead of Freedom. Maybe it’s the case with your carrier is well that that’s just what they have it set to say

Hi and thanks. It's T Mobile Walmart phone and neither says here of it or do that. Now being Walmart pre pay I can see how some things are different possibly. Pretty sure my Facebook and Instagram were hacked and phone got very odd acting after that. Maybe not connected at all but thanks for your input.
Only thing I can think of is my caddilac cue modem in the car has open source . Maybe the car is the Home
