Im Too dvd to iphone app issue

I purchased the ImTOO dvd to iphone app and I can get them to work and play just fine. The only problem I'm having is after about 15 minutes through the movie the voice will start to lag with the video and will continue until their will be a 10 to 15 second lag, kinda annoying. I figure maybe it has something to do with the bit rate of audio and video but I'm not for sure. Anyone else use this program and experience this issue. If so what bitrates or settings are you using? Besides this little issue, this app is very nice indeed.
