I am trying to delete device from iCloud account and I tried to answer security questions but I got answer wrong and I can’t remember the answer. I can’t remember the answers and i tried resetting questions.
It says “Cannot reset security questions
We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions.” I simply do not know what to do. I tried chatting through Apple support but no response

Not sure what you mean about "no response" when initiating a chat with Apple Support. Was chat not available at that time? Did you try calling?

i can’t hear phone but I used chat. nobody answered.
