Consider that the 3rd iPad will probably have imporved/better features than the 2nd. You might wanna wait after that too though because the 4th will surely be better than the 3rd..............

You might also get version 2 cheaper.
Version 2 may come in a choice of colors.
Lastly, you'll have time to see all the competitors show up, and know for sure that the iPad is or isn't the perfect device for you.
