I want to updates to MacOS Monterey, but I worries about my 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 (not "Dual Core") processor on my Mac Mini Late 2014. Is MacOS Monterey installs on my Mac with this Intel Core processor? Help me

You are sure? It seems to me that this is a different processor
After you install Monterey your About this Mac will look identical to the first image. High Sierra displays info in a slightly different way.

I had installed Monterey on Macbook 12 inch with m3 Intel CPU, which is far slower than this 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 and the Macbook was working just fine with Monterey. So I am sure you won't have any troubles.
