Hi !!

Have been using imac 17" C2D for about 2 weeks now. It's a great switch for me in all aspects except sound.I find the sound very weak.

Could anyone tell me how to or is there any way to tweak settings in imac to increase the sound. When I compare it with my Windows desktop ( creative card with normal 2 speakers ) the imac sound is not even 70% of my my desktop.

Even if I make it full volume, it feels there's lacking something why ????Is it cause of positioning of the speakers???

thanks in advance

If listening to music click in itunes, go to view in the menu bar and then to equaliser, you can go past your max volume then, but don't go to high, also internal speakers are no match for external which i presume you were using with your PC, buy some Creature speakers, there cheap and sound very good

You can get them on amazon, or pick up some second hand ones from ebay, they come in colours of metallic Silver, matt grey,Metallic red, Glossy black and glossy white
