Imac 17" Intel core duo vs. Intel Core 2 Duo

Hi, im selling my Grandmas Imac 17" Core duo base model and i was asked what cant i do with a core duo"32 bit" vs. the "64bit" core 2 duo i know the common answer is you cant run 64 bit software but is there anything Specifically you cant run on it thats a Core 2 duo can?

The only limitation is that you can't put as much memory in it. That's also limited by the chipset and a bunch of other blah blah.
