Perfect time to calibrate!
Yeah yeah hold on...
I can't seem to find it.
1. If you want to restore your settings to about normal, go to System Preferences > Displays > Color > [Calibrate...]
a. Make sure expert options is unchecked.
b. When it asks which gamma (1.8 vs. 2.2) to use, hit 1.8.
c. Choose native white point (although I strongly recommend 6500K/D65, but you wanted the original settings).
d. Click Next until you get to name it.
e. Give it whatever name.
2. Alternatively, under Sys Prefs, Displays, Color, uncheck "Show profiles for this display only" That might help you find it.
