Imac 2008 (A1225) with black screen

I have a defective Imac 2008 (A1225) that suffers from a black screen.

I have checked with a flashlight and it isnt just a blacklight problem. on startup i get the chime and light in the first 2 diagnostic leds.

I originally suspected it to be the 8800 GS issue and wanted to try refluxing but upon disassembling, gpu turns out to be AMD.

Should i still try refluxing or is there anything else i can go?
