IMac 2009 blocked after update patcher

Help!
I have tried updating to Mojave with update patcher.
All seemed to have gone well but reboot gives ' no entry sign'
I cannot reach my basic system function anymore now using a usb keyboard!
So no pram reset or reinstall is possible..
Please help!

I have not had any replies so I will add my most recent idea.
Probably a disk problem.
But I have NO WAY to access basic system functions: disk utility, the PRAM manager etc....
It seemsMalik the keyboard has become unavailable as well!!!
Please advice!
