Hi all,

I have an 27in iMac mid 2010 on which I have started using Windows 10 as none of the later versions of macOS support this model anymore. My question is can I attach another 27in monitor to the displayport, will Windows 10 recognise it or am I hoping for too much out of an 11 year old iMac?

Many thanks for any assitance

I've been using Windows 10 for a while on my iMac 2010 (under my signature) and it sent video signal through the mDP port pretty well.

Yep. You can run up to 2560×1600 at 60 Hz or 3840×2160 at 30 Hz out of the box.
