Hello there,

My 2012 Imac has recently decided to upgrade itself to the newer version of apple (mojave). The Imac was getting so slow after the version that it was basically unable to function. I looked around the internet and decided to downgrade my mac to High Sierra. I deleted the hardrive including its version and installed a bootable installer from my Macbook Air with Terminal etc and plugged the usb stick named high sierra in the imac. I started the imac and i selected high sierra. It restarted a few times but keeps getting stuck at a load screen where its trying to connect to the magic mouse (attached). Ive tried to connect it but it doesnt seem to work :(. I even plugged in a wired usb mouse but but without succes. Could the problem be the problem be the fact that i created the bootable disk on my macbook air?

Thankyou for taking the time to read this and please let me know if there are any alternatives to reviving my imac.

Kind regards,

Thomas
