iMac 2013 21’5 extremely loud fan noise

Hey. I got a problem with my iMac. After 20-30 minutes of work (with only one Safari tab opened) it speeds fans up to 5000 rpm with no reason for 5-6 minutes.
Temperature sensors are OK. I tried Apple Diagnostics, smc reset, but it didn’t help at all. Mac fan control also was useless in my situation.
I have a video of this process and you can see that it suddenly stops for a while and make couple boosts to speed up my fan to 1400 rpm.

I’m posting this picture for people who will have the same problem. I cleaned my dusty fan and noise reduced.
