I noticed yesterday that new AMD drivers were released in Apple Software Update. The driver is versioned 17.6, the previous was 15.x from year 2015 I believe.

Went ahead and installed. First impressions:

- The old-style AMD menu is gone, all configuring is now done via the new GUI with the fancy translucent background.
- Had Chrome slow down to a crawl a couple times. Not sure if related though
- Tried CS:GO, and felt like there was more input lag than before.

Maybe these drivers are more geared towards the iMac 2017 models. What are your impressions?

Oh and this is Windows 10 of course.

I noticed some weirdness with bootcamp a few days ago. It wants to treat my 5k screen as as [1|2] and my secondary monitor as [3]. Screwed up so many settings that I ended up disconnecting my second monitor...

I don't know the driver number, as I'm not booted into windows.
