iMac 2017 restores network connection about munite

Hi

What can I do with my Imac 27 2017 to restore network connection after wakeup quicker. Now it's 30-50sec from wakeup.
No matter if it is wired or wireless connection. I had even set up all ip manually.
Fresh install of bigSur
