Imac 2019 21.5 4k SSD and Sata SSD III Upgrade

I am ready to upgrade my iMac with an SSD and Sata drive.
My current iMac has a 1TB Hard Drive with the 32gb SSD (Fusion Drive)

I have got the Evo Plus 1 TB SSD (hopefully with latest Firmware) Production date 9th of December 2019 -Korea, with that I got the EKWB Heatsink and the Sintech Long Adaptor along with Kapton Tape, the Sata drive is the 860 Evo SATA III.

2 Questions :
1)For the SSD what size screw will I need ? M2 5mm?
2)For the Sata SSD will I need a 2.5" to 3.5" Drive Converter Bracket

Note : I will also be adding 32gb of Ram
If everything goes to plan I will post Read and Write Benchmarks and temps.

Got a few more questions

It appears that the Phoenix Controller chip is sitting lower on the drive than the V-NAND Chips, wouldn't it be better to cut a square piece of the 1mm thermal Pad and apply it to the Controller and cover the V-NAND chips with 0.5mm so the Heatsink fits nice and flat (level) on top? See attached images...

Also the Sintech adaptor has got some sort of tape on the electrical pins that were exposed on previous versions but I am worried about how close the bottom heatsink is to some other pins that reside on the other side where the SSD fits into the adaptor, see attached images, should I cover that part with some Kapton Tape and maybe file down the screw hole on the bottom heatsink so I can pull it out a little further.

Note: under the SSD nvme m.2 there was a copper strip which I have left on, but on the top part the sticker doesn't appear to have any copper in it or underneath it so I removed it and hope that the thermal pads and heatsink will be sufficient enough.
