Just curious to see if anyone's 2019 iMac with an i5-9600K or i9-9900K has come with the newest R0 stepping which includes a few extra hardware fixes for various security vulnerabilities (e.g. additional Spectre variants, Fallout etc.). The earlier P0 stepping will still get software fixes for these

The original P0 stepping 9th Gen CPUs will be labelled as "Intel64 Family 6 Model 158 Stepping 12" while the newer R0 will have "Stepping 13". Intel's CPUID tool (https://software.intel.com/en-us/download/download-maccpuid) or a standard terminal command will reveal this info.
Terminal command: sysctl -a | grep machdep.cpu
I just purchased an i5-9600K iMac (thanks to all on this forum who provided detailed performance info and screenshots before I purchased one myself!). Mine was from a retailer and is a Stepping 12 (P0).
