Hi guys!
So I received my iMac a week ago (Oct 1st), installed 4 x 16 OWC RAM, and everything was fine. However, a few days ago (Oct 5th), I started having kernel panic. I first suspected that it was the memory, but I ran Rember multiple time for hours and it seems to be fine. Does anyone know what is likely the issue? It happens from time to time, mostly during sleep and only once when I was using it. I attached one of the reports below.

Another suspicious thing is that when I look up previous shut down cause, I get a list of "down cause: -20", which probably indicates a problem with the T2 chip?

Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance!

There are various threads in MacBook and Mac mini sections about crashes after wake up from sleep in Catalina. Try disable Power Nap in Energy Saver in Settings. May be you have something different causes the issue, but try this first.
I did it on my MacBook Pro 16 and Mac mini 2018 and no crashes after sleep anymore. I hope they will fix issue in Big Sur but it crashes in Catalina.
