iMac 21,5 2012 | Full fan speed after shutdown

Hi guys,

i have a 2012 iMac 21,5".

As soon as i plug in the powercord the fan is running on full speed. Only after hitting the power button the iMac starts up and the fan runs normal. After shutting down the Mac the fan is again at full speed.

I already switched the internal power supply and the RAM.

Does anyone knows what is the cause?
