Hi, All,

I have been looking for a VESA Adapter for a 21.5" iMac (Aluminum) I got last year this time so I can bring the screen closer with an articulating arm that mounts to the desk, not the wall. Humanscale makes a nice one, needs a VESA Adapter and model is dependent upon the weight of the iMac (20.5#) I saw an adapter for the VESA which basically suspends the entire desktop including the foot for $79.95 at imacmount. It looks really ugly. Wondering if there are other options anyone has successfully tried for this particular model of iMac. Thank you so much~

21.5" iMac

Yes, there are a myriad of options for everything but this one. The 21.5" monitor is not compatible due to the configuration of the holes on the back of the computer.

Not compatible with what? Oh, right, the 21.5 inch iMacs don't support VESA mounts. Sorry.
