Ok. I will use the iMac for:
Some heavy video editing on Final Cut Express
Photoshop
Basic Word Processing
Heavy Multi-Media Use (Movies, Music)
Heavy Web usage
Audio Recording (Logic Express or Garageband)
I have a limited budget ($2.2k All together) As in iMac, iPhone, iPad

Here in Canada,

the imac 21.5" 3.2GHz costs $1599. Upgrade to 3.6GHz is $220. Base 27" iMac is $1799.

Is the 3.2GHz to 3.6GHz significant. I do like the Turbo Boost feature, and would appreciate 10 or 12 seconds off in video editing...
I dont game much besides Sims 3. All my games are done on my gaming console and iDevices.
Would the 27" iMac have better value for resale than a 21.5" iMac with 3.6Ghz Processor???
Help Please!

The only reason I would do the 27" over the 21.5" is if I felt I needed a larger screen.

Have you seen it? Its massive! I didn't feel the need for that large of a screen, so I went 21.5" and its still plenty. Also, good thing too, because after getting the 21.5" and contemplating the 27", I measured and realized my desk area isn't even large enough to fit it, haha.
