Hello!
IMac 2013 27" i5 3.4Ghz 12Gb 1Tb HDD. Install system Mac os to ssd m2(Kingspec 128gb 2280) via usb3.
Speed read no more 40MB/sec, write 450Mb/sec.
Completed steps to macbook:
1. Formating disk to APFS in MAC OS speed read 40Mb/sec
2. Formating disk to HFS+ in MAC OS speed read 40Mb/sec
3. Formating disk to NTFS in windows speed read 370Mb/sec
4. Formating disk to HFS+ in MAC OS speed read 370Mb/sec
5. Formating disk to APFS in MAC OS speed read 370Mb/sec
6. Install mac os speed read 40Mb/sec ((((.
Maybe someone had similar problems? Or there are settings that need to be done?
On weekends, install the system on the SATA SSD via USB BOX.
 
Boot into recover mode. Use disk utility there and run first aid on the drive. Unmount the drive if its first aid is greyed out. This will run fsck_apfs plus let you know if you have any other problems.
