iMac 27, A1312 Late 2009 C2D to C2Quad Q6600

i have imac late2009 27, A1312 on Core2Duo socket 775
today me upgrade cpu from Core2Duo to Core2Quad Q6600 on 1066 bus,
now i see one trouble, after this upgrade imac start normaly but, on start mac os showing
kernel panic (cpu0 caller)

i think mac os doesnt understand core 2 quad cpu.

any idea how start up this ****?
