Hi
I turned on an old iMac (27-inch, mid 2010) after not using it for about a year and it was extremely slow, so I decided to try restore it to factory settings.
Long story short... something went wrong and I'm now at the stage where I have erased the HD and no longer have OS X El Capitan v10.11.5 installed.
I tried to reinstall the OS going through the control + R mode during startup but I get the message "This item is temporarily unavailable" from the App Store.
Can anyone please advise the best way to proceed. I don't have any discs or means of recovery. I would just like to fresh reinstall the OS.
Thanks in advance
