Resolved iMac 27 inch to see/record MLB games

Hello again, all...!

A coworker of mine had bought a gorgeous 27 inch 2012 iMac. She sees the MLB games in her computer, but wants also to record the games. So here I come seeking advice about how to do it. What software/hardware have to buy, what is the best?

Well....

I have to confess my knowledge grew outdated. I had known the El Gato products, near 2004-2005. In that time, interest me as devices to see TV in my Mac. But abandoned the idea and no update the info about the El Gato software and devices.

My friend and coworker is happy with the finding. And I am happy too, being able to help her out with the baseball games (she will pass me the Yankees games...)

Anyways, thanks for the quick help and for pointing out to a viable solution.
