iMac 27'' (late 2013) buzzing sound

Hello all! My iMac already for about half a year gives out this buzzing sound like in this video:

Feels like the sound comes out of the bottom left side. It starts right after turing on the Mac, but sometimes it works without this strange sound, also during the work the sound may disappear. Does anyone know how to fix this and is there a change that it can be fixed without taking of the screen?
