Hello all.

I got my new iMac, im so happy with it, but I found out that it suffers form the buzzing noise when you reduce the display brightness to something below 70%.

I have been reading that it's quite common problem. Some people claims that this doesn't happens under windows, some others says that it will not get worse and its a known display problem, some other have already replace the computer more than once just to realize the new computer they get its faulty also.

I wrote today to the reseller asking their advice. I really don't wanna start messing around and asking for "new" replacement, because I know they aren't new, they are just somebody's else computer that was returned and "re-fixed"

But Im worried in the long term my display will just "Kaput" (die).

Anny suggestions, can somebody confirm that it doesn't happens under windows, so we may know its a software problem?

Thx

Gustavo
