Hi everyone,

I live in the UK, and finally got my iMac27" 2.97GHz, 4GB RAM (+8Gb from online)-
it took a week to get here and i got this 3 days ago (15th Feb).
This is my first Mac and I absolutely love it-

However, i have been encountering problems so far and i wonder if i should exchange it before its too late (policy says within 14 days).

I've had frozen screen about 5 times (3 times the first day), it happened especially when i was installing things or importing photos to iPhoto.
It didn't even turn on for about twice,(one time it just didn't turn on for half an hour, another time it stopped from this blue screen )

I am very disappointed and feeling quite horrible as it is my first 'brand new' iMac- its not even a second hand or refurb iMac, and i didnt expect any of these to happen.

I would like to continue using it but can anyone tell me the apple return policy and whether ill be able to get it exchanged with another brand new machine? and if at all possible, get it changed on the same day so that i dont have to wait another week without a computer.
OR
Is it possible to just return it (which i get the money back), and order another brand new one- so this case, i get my new iMac when im about to return it, so theres no waiting ?

some of it may sound stupid to you, but please give us some advice.
Hope you all have a great evening.
Thank you for your time and i look forward to hearing from any of you:).

Go to the Apple store, tell them that you want a refund, and they'll give it; then you can buy a new iMac - if you want to.
