iMac 27", what is included?

Hey All,

I am a little frustrated here. When I cancelled my original 27" iMac Core 2order for another i5 iMac, I asked the rep on the phone if iLife was included with the system and he said no.

So I said I wanted to include it with my order plus the Apple remote.

Then today i'm reading up on the specs on the system and notice is says iLife along with Snow Leopard . This is a real piss off if in fact it is already included and the rep just sold me another copy of it.

Can any one here confirm if thier iMacs came with iLife?

Thanks, I am calling Apple tomorrow and asking for a refund on the software.

I can't believe the rep would do that... I am totally not impressed with that move.

He probably thought you were asking about iWork. Oh well, not a big deal. Just call Apple and it will be fixed in less time than it took you to start this thread.

I know it's not a big deal, just irritating. I was clear on calling it iLife and the rep repeated all the apps included with it, then I agreed to have it added to the order and he charged me $99 for it. So there was no confusion there with iLife and iWork. Thanks for the replies though. Much appreciated.
