I just noticed a green light that shines through the right grill under chin.

Does anyone know what that is?

I assume it is a power supply light on the motherboard or something.

It is only noticeable in the dark.

They are diagnostic lights to give technicians some feedback. There are 3 or 4 in a row.
#1 means trickle power from PSU
#2-4 are related to turning on and communicating with the video card.
