 I just got a crazy idea.

I was thinking of getting another LCD screen to hook up to my iMac and I realized that small touchscreens are fairly inexpensive these days. I am unsure if this would work because I don't know whether OS X would have the correct drivers for this. Most modern touchscreens connect via usb and a VGA port.

Would this work and if it is possible to connect the touchscreen is there any chance that multitouch functionality could be added?

From what I know about multitouch I believe that this is a long shot, but I wonder if the laptop touchpad two finger scrolling would work. If I could get the touchscreen to work I might program some of my own gestures. :D

I am interested to hear your thoughts on this.
