hi guys,

I have a iMac 5k 27" (2.5" Crucial MX300 750GB SSD, 24GB PCIE SSD)
I want to add a one more 2.5" SSD. is this possible ?

thank you reading.

It's probably impossible to add it internally, because the iMac only comes with one SATA slot and one PCI-E SSD slot. The PCI-E SSD is not easy to upgrade because no one else makes them (you have to find a bigger PCI-E SSD that's made by Apple).

It would be best to buy an external SSD that uses either Thunderbolt or USB 3.0.
