Hi guys, need some expert help here.
So my 2015 iMac 5K is an 1TB mechanical HDD only, so I got rid of it and installed a 500GB Kingston m.2 blade drive and adapter instead.
Booted from my TimeMachine disk (USB) and restored my Mojave install to it, all went well and the system works fine.
Went to make a Bootcamp partition to dualboot Win10. It partitioned fine but after the first reboot it hangs on a black screen not continuing with the install.
Made a hard reset and it booted into Mojave without any issues. Removed the Bootcamp partition and manually created a FAT partition.
Created a Windows 10 installer USB on my windows machine and tried to boot it by holding alt. key on boot. No dice, still a black screen after selecting the usb.
Made a Linux USB drive and still the same thing.
If I put my original HDD in a usb enclosure it will boot Mojave but not the Bootcamp. Whats up with that?
