Imac 6.1 AHT Error Code

Ran the AHT on my IMAC 6,1 during the logic board test it threw this error.

4SNS/1/4000000: T00P

Any idea what this means? My computer gets graphic glitches and freezes every 10 days. I don't have applecare anymore although the board was replaced in 2009 and video card 2 or 3 times then for the same issue. Now it's back sigh. Why do all Imacs have freezing issues? Even the newer models are plagued with the same problems.
