iMac and Surround Sound

I just bought an iMac (20inch), but I haven't heard from anyone what the audio analog outputs are. Can I use my Logitech z-5300 (5.1)?

Both iMac G5 and iMac Core Duo has combo mini optical/analog audio output. To get surround sound on your Logitech, you should get a mini optical cable from Apple or places like Radio Shack.

The spdif optical has to have TOS Link on one side. Works great.
